① How to order

On the product page, add the product you want to your cart. Check the products in your cart, and if you agree, press the button to proceed to the next step.
Next, select the delivery time and other options.

Please log in with the email address and password you entered when registering.


[For those who wish to register as a member]
Select "Log in/Register and purchase" and register as a new member/log in.


[For those who are not registered members]
Please register as a member or select "Proceed to checkout" without registering as a member.

Please select a shipping address or register a new one. If you can specify a shipping method, please select the shipping method you prefer.

You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, Amazon Pay, smartphone payment (Safari: Apple Pay, Chrome: Google Pay, PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay).

Once you have finished entering the information, please press the button, check the information you entered, and then confirm your order.

Now your order process is complete.
Once your order is complete you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

If you have not received an order completion email within 2 business days, please contact us using this inquiry form, stating your order number.

●For security reasons, we do not generally send credit card receipts. Please use the statement sent by your credit card company as your receipt.

●When paying by credit card, we will request authorization for your card on the website when you place your order. Please note that unless authorization is received, your card will not be used and your order will not be confirmed.
Cash on delivery (a system where you pay in cash at the entrance when the product is delivered) is not available.

③ Delivery

Delivery time

It will be shipped within 2-3 days excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery will take 1 day from the date of shipment (2 days for Hokkaido and Okinawa).
We will inform you by email.

Date and time can only be specified from one week later.
If you need it urgently, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your desired date and time.


Shipping method

Products will be delivered from the Kyoto Distribution Center. Delivery is only available to Yamato Transport within Japan.


For shipping charges

We offer free domestic shipping.

④ Returns and cancellations

Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
The conditions for return are that the item is unused and that it comes with the delivery note/warranty card.

The cost of replacing defective products or products delivered in error will be borne by our company.
●If the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, and bank transfer fees.

●If you take a product purchased in Japan overseas, we will not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to product defects.
